Pricing and Availability

The total price of your goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order or at the end when your order has been confirmed. All prices are in pounds sterling including the relevant taxes for the UK where applicable. Delivery charges will be given at checkout.

All products and services offered for sale on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Pictures used are for illustration only and although we endeavour to be as accurate as possible, may differ slightly from the actual product supplied. If goods cannot be supplied for any reason, we will contact you and you will not be charged for the items ordered. If payment has already been taken, you will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error. We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we cannot supply the goods.

Payment

Pay securely using Paypal, the most preferred way to pay online in the UK because it's safer and faster. No account is necessary, just enter your card details as normal, or sign up for an account in minutes and let Paypal store your payment details, letting you check out in a few clicks. We will not see your payment details, as Paypal never shares payment details on the Internet.

You can also pay by cheque, payable to 'SUFFOLK SHOES'.

Credit/Debit cards can be taken over the phone by calling our shop.

Delivery

Delivery charges are applied during checkout and are for U.K mainland delivery only. For other postage rates, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery time is an estimated 14 days from the date you place your order to allow for manufacturing time. If your order is in stock it will be despatched sooner. If an order is likely to take longer than 14 days, we will inform you and give you the option to cancel. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services.

We can not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 working days from the expected delivery date.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with any product, provided it has not been worn (except for initial fitting) you can cancel your order returning it to us within 28 days of receiving it, for an immediate refund of the cost of the product. Please note that we do not refund the postage costs.

If you wish to return your item(s), please follow the procedure below. Please note: item(s) must be in their original condition, and returned within 28 days of receiving them. When trying footwear on, please do so on a carpeted surface, as returns will not be accepted if item(s) appear worn.

What to do:-

Complete the Returns note,  included with your order, and include it with your item(s) to be returned.

Return item(s) by post to: Rays Shoemakers, 15 High Street, Saxmundham, Suffolk, IP17 1DF.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return.

Unless your returned item(s) are faulty, delivery charges are not refundable, and item(s) to be returned to us are done so at your cost.

Please obtain proof of posting and retain it until your refund has been credited back to you. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Right to Cancel

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order with us before products are delivered or within 7 working days of receiving the products.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us as soon as possible, and return the goods that have been delivered to you in unworn condition, following the instructions in the Returns Policy.

Delivery charges are not refundable, and you will have to return the item(s) to us at your cost.
